The customer, located in Melbourne (Australia), leader in the production of kitchens and furniture components with high gloss and acrylic coatings, has commissioned us a plant for the automatic unloading of a line of panel cladding.
Goal

Automatic unloading of panels with automatic process

Z axis of the unloader automatically controlled, motorized with
brushless motor to increase performance and precision
of positioning of the picking and depositing of the machine -
Transmission of the z axis by means of a belt with sliding on
linear guides with ball bearing runners -
Gripping and depositing systems with special suction cups.
The fans are covered with an anti-stain and anti-halo adhesive
sponge for panels with high gloss and acrylic finishes -
Machine management by plc with new keyboard easy and
intuitive user friendly 9-inch touch generation screen for
managing the parameters and functions of the machine
Solution
The system was designed by our technical department which, together with the software department, developed the technical solution for the operation and management of the complete line.
Benefits and results
The system allows to automate the panel coating process, eliminating the labor costs related to the unloading of the material. The solution with the Pratic 1 model allows to reduce the physical dimensions of the unloading of the panels guaranteeing a good machine speed during the automatic unloading phase. The machine allows to make stacks of 1600 mm height.
